Christopher P. Brandlin, APC
An Elementor build for an attorney licensed in California, Texas and DC, carrying a broad practice, a trademarked niche brand, a wall of recognition and a TV segment on one site, with free-evaluation requests and online payments wired in.

Live PageSpeed Insights reports, August 2026.
A wide practice and a lot of credibility to organise
Christopher P. Brandlin, APC is a law practice led by an attorney licensed in California, Texas and the District of Columbia, with an unusually wide practice: personal injury, real estate law, trust and estate litigation, and estate planning, plus a trademarked niche, The Mold Attorney, for mold contamination and toxic-exposure claims.
On top of the practice areas there is a lot of credibility to carry: an AV Preeminent rating, four years of Super Lawyers "Rising Stars," local "favorite attorney" awards, and a television segment with Montel Williams. The site had to organise all of it, route visitors to the right practice area, capture free-evaluation requests, and take online payments.
One site for a broad practice, a sub-brand and the recognition.
- Elementor build organising a broad practice: personal injury, real estate, trust litigation, estate planning
- A dedicated section for the The Mold Attorney sub-brand and its mold and toxic-tort claim types
- An awards and recognition block: AV Preeminent, Super Lawyers Rising Stars, local "favorite attorney" wins
- An "As Seen on TV" section for the Montel Williams segment
- A free-evaluation form and a "Make a Payment" path, both wired and tested
- Multi-jurisdiction office details for California, Texas and Washington DC, with Attorney and FAQ schema
Where this one stands: layout is perfect, load is not.
Zero layout shift, and a real performance backlog
Cumulative Layout Shift is a literal 0 on both desktop and mobile, and blocking time is green, so nothing jumps and scripts are not the bottleneck. Best Practices is 96 and SEO is 92.
No spin: this is the lowest-scoring build in the portfolio, 76 on desktop and 63 on mobile. It is a media-dense site, attorney photography throughout, award badges, a television segment with a video, a chat widget, and those assets are not yet compressed or deferred. Mobile Largest Contentful Paint is 15.8 s as a result. This one needs a dedicated performance pass: lazy-loading and compressing the imagery, deferring the video and third-party widgets, and inlining critical CSS. It is the clearest before-and-after opportunity in the set, and the work is scoped.

What it does now
The site carries a wide practice, a trademarked niche brand, a wall of recognition and a TV segment without feeling scattered, and it takes evaluations and payments online. Layout stability is already perfect. The performance work, compressing and deferring the media, is scoped and is the next job on this site.
