I'm Galib. I build fast WordPress sites for a living.
More than ten years of it, 229 projects through Upwork, mostly for US attorneys, lenders, contractors and small brands who need a site that loads fast, ranks, and brings in work, and that they can run themselves afterwards.
The numbers, straight from Upwork.
Top Rated Plus on Upwork. Figures as of August 2026.
How I got here
I'm Asadullah Al Galib. Most people just call me Galib.
I've been building websites for a living for more than ten years. It started on Fiverr with small jobs, moved to Upwork as the work got bigger, and along the way I spent time on in-house and agency development before going fully independent. I studied at the International University of Business Agriculture and Technology in Dhaka.
These days I work almost entirely through Upwork, where I'm Top Rated Plus with a 100% job success score, 229 completed projects and a 5.0 rating across 186 reviews. Most of my clients are in the US: attorneys, lenders, contractors, clinics, small brands. The through-line is a site that loads fast, ranks, and brings in work, handed over so their own team can run it.
I don't upsell. If a five-page Elementor site is the right answer, I'll say so instead of quoting a custom theme. I show real PageSpeed numbers instead of saying "fast." And I'm straight about what a project will cost and how long it will take, because a surprise on either is the quickest way to lose someone's trust.
Small jobs to Top Rated Plus.
Fiverr
Where I started. Small fixes and single-page sites, and a fast lesson in what clients actually need versus what they ask for.
Agency & in-house
Web development for other people's clients and processes, at Bridge City Firm and OMC Group. Learned to ship on someone else's standards and deadlines.
Upwork, full-time
Went independent. Grew to Top Rated Plus over 229 projects, a 100% job success score and a 5.0 across 186 reviews.
Now
Mostly US businesses, mostly fast conversion-focused WordPress builds, plus monthly support for the ones who want their site kept in shape.
Depth in the tools, and the parts clients forget to ask about.
- Four builders in real depth: Elementor, Bricks and Divi, plus hand-coded themes when a project needs it
- Core Web Vitals as a target, not an afterthought, with a 90+ PageSpeed goal on most builds
- Technical SEO and schema baked in, structured so AI answer engines can cite it
- Content migrations with 301 redirects mapped, so a redesign keeps its rankings
- WooCommerce stores: catalogue structure, checkout, payment gateways, abandoned-cart recovery
- A handoff walkthrough and documentation, so your team can edit the site without me
- Optional monthly support: updates, backups, security and speed monitoring
- A licence key for every site I build, Crocoblock plugin sets or Elementor Pro, your choice
The work runs on a routine
When I'm not building, I keep to a fairly strict routine: early starts, blocked focus time, a hard stop in the evening. It's the reason projects land on schedule and the replies come back within a business day.
I've written the whole thing up if you want to see how the work actually gets done.
