The brief

Get people in and out faster than the state office

MVP is a licensed, bonded Authorized Third Party for the Arizona MVD. Registration, titles, plates and driver licenses are handled in a single visit instead of a trip to a state office. They run six offices across Arizona, from Nogales to Maricopa.

The site had to do three jobs at once: explain what an Authorized Third Party is and why it is faster than the MVD, get walk-in customers to the nearest branch with the right documents in hand, and work well on a phone, since that is where most people check hours and directions on the way in.

What I did

A custom theme built around the locator and mobile speed.

  • Custom WordPress theme, no page builder, so the markup stays lean
  • Office locator: every branch with address, hours, phone and directions
  • A plain-language explainer: Authorized Third Party versus a state MVD office
  • A page per transaction type with the exact documents to bring
  • Contact and callback forms wired and tested
  • LocalBusiness schema, metadata and a mobile-first layout for local search
Speed proof

Real PageSpeed reports, not a lab boast.

Fast where it counts

A no-builder theme, WebP images, deferred scripts and critical CSS keep the home page and the locator quick, which matters most on the phone in a parking lot.

Straight talk: desktop is green across the board. On mobile, Performance sits at 95, but the lab flags Largest Contentful Paint (2.5 s) and Speed Index in amber under its CPU and network throttling; load and layout stability are green. On real devices it is fast.

Outcome

What it does now

The site answers the "why not just go to the MVD" question up front, routes people to the right branch in a couple of taps, and holds its speed as more branch and service pages have been added.
